State of Rhode Island Not Liable for Newport Cliff Walk Fall

A Superior Court Jury has determined that the State of Rhode Island is not liable for  Personal injury Damages suffered by Simcha Berman as a result of a fall at the Newport, Rhode Island Cliff Walk.  This Fall caused  Mr. Simcha to become a quadriplegic. Mr. Simcha settled with the City of Newport on the first day of trial and will recieve 2 million dollars from the City of Newport.
